It couldn't be simpler to use, and more efficient than it is. Download it, put the folder in a file, such as in the Firefox directory, go to the little Firefox-looking icon, click it, and presto, you see it pop up in you system tray. To see just how awesome this program works open Window Task Manager (Alt+Ctrl+Del in WinXp), look at the memory usage of Firefox, open the Firefox Ultimate Optimizer, and you'll see it instantly drop to nothing!
